Level 1 is plugging your EV directly into a standard 120V outlet. This form of charging adds about 8km of range per hour of plug-in.
Level 2 is 208-240V, delivering AC power. This is where your EV is plugged into an EV charger. It adds about 30km-60km (depending on how it’s installed and the type of vehicle being charged) of range per hour of plug-in.
Level 3 is 400-600V, delivering DC power. This is also known as “Supercharging” or “fast charging” as the vehicle is plugged in to a DC EV charger. This type of charge adds about 250km+ of range per hour of being plugged in.
