Description
Decora Plus® Hospital grade duplex surge protective receptacle. Nylon/polycarbonate body. Brass 10-32/brass-plated steel terminal screw. Brass 8-32/brass-plated steel grounding screw. Nylon face. Brass triple-wipe line contact. Zinc-plated steel yoke. Zinc-plated steel clamp nut. Brass-plated steel ground clip. Delrin® Acetal shutter mechanism. 15 A, 125 V, NEMA-5-15R, 2-pole, 3-wire. Withstands 2000 V per UL498 dielectric voltage. Full rated current rating. -40 to 60°C operating temperature. Surge with indicator light and audible alarm, back and side wired. Steel strap. Can be used individually or as part of a coordinated application strategy, to protect sensitive electronic equipment, in industrial, commercial and residential locations, from the stress and degradation inflicted by voltage transients. Outstanding surge protection devices divert damaging voltage transients or surges, away from electronic equipment. Transients are diverted away from sensitive micro circuitry, providing protection against catastrophic failure, costly downtime and data disruptions.
