Returns must be completed within 30 days of receipt of goods. Any return requests outside of this time frame will be reviewed on a case by case basis and may not be approved.
When returning the product, carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip. The RMA # must be in the return address and must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box (not the item packaging) or your refund could be significantly delayed or refused.
